Our whole milk powders are obtained through spray drying, by removing water from pasteurised milk. Contains between 26% and 40% milk fat.
REGULAR
Our regular whole milk powders are made from fresh, pasteurised whole milk,
with nutrients intact.
INSTANT
Our instant milk powders are made from fresh whole milk which has been
standardised, pasteurised, evaporated, and spray dried for
consistency.
ULTRA HIGH TEMPERATURE (UHT)
Our non-fat dry milk is white to light cream in color, has a clean dairy
flavour, contains 5% or less moisture and 26% or less milkfat.
ULTRA HIGH TEMPERATURE (UHT)
Processed from heating milk in a continuous process to temperatures higher
than 135 °C for a few seconds, cooling rapidly, and aseptically packaging in
the milk into sterile containers.
HIGH HEAT HEAT-STABLE (HHHS)
Our HHHS milk powders undergo a selected heat treatment, to get a
heat-stable powder and prevent the coagulation of the protein during the
production of milk .
