MILK
POWDERS

Obtained from the partial removal of fat and water from pasteurized milk, has a minimum milk protein content of 34%.

MEDIUM HEAT (MH)
Our medium heat skimmed milk powder is a dried milk product with fat content up to 1.25% and a moisture up to 4%.

LOW HEAT (LH)
Our low heat skimmed milk powder is a dried milk product with a fat content of up to 1.25% and a moisture of up to 4%.

NON FAT DRY MILK (NFDM)
Our non-fat dry milk is white to light cream in color, has a clean dairy flavour, contains 5% or less moisture and 1.5% or less milkfat.

ULTRA HIGH TEMPERATURE (UHT)
A soluble powder made by spray-drying fresh pasteurised skim milk, is suitable for UHT applications.

HIGH HEAT HEAT-STABLE (HHHS)
Our high heat, heat-stable skimmed milk powder provides a source of non-fat milk solids for recombined, sweetened condensed milk.
Our whole milk powders are obtained through spray drying, by removing water from pasteurised milk. Contains between 26% and 40% milk fat.

REGULAR
Our regular whole milk powders are made from fresh, pasteurised whole milk, with nutrients intact.

INSTANT
Our instant milk powders are made from fresh whole milk which has been standardised, pasteurised, evaporated, and spray dried for consistency.

ULTRA HIGH TEMPERATURE (UHT)
Our non-fat dry milk is white to light cream in color, has a clean dairy flavour, contains 5% or less moisture and 26% or less milkfat.

ULTRA HIGH TEMPERATURE (UHT)
Processed from heating milk in a continuous process to temperatures higher than 135 °C for a few seconds, cooling rapidly, and aseptically packaging in the milk into sterile containers.

HIGH HEAT HEAT-STABLE (HHHS)
Our HHHS milk powders undergo a selected heat treatment, to get a heat-stable powder and prevent the coagulation of the protein during the production of milk .

Our Fat filled powdered milk is obtained by blending vegetable fat with top quality skim milk then spray-drying it. Can be used an economical substitute for whole milk powder.

 

REGULAR

 

Obtained by blending top quality skim milk powder with vegetable fat. Regular fat filled milk powder is spray dried to easily reconstitute the product.

 

INSTANT

 

Instant Fat filled Powder is produced by spray drying the blend of the fresh quality skim milk and vegetable fat.

Our milk protein concentrates contain both caseins and whey proteins often referred to as complete dairy proteins.

Our MPC 85 is a soluble milk protein powder that consists of 85% protein. Manufactured by ultra-filtrating and spray drying fresh pasteurized skimmed cow milk.

70

Milk Protein Concentrate 70 is commonly used in food and health industries. Our MPC 70 is prepared from high quality pasteurized skimmed milk by the process of ultra-filtration.

WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE

Our whey protein isolates are produced by separating components from whey. The isolate can be used as a dietary supplement and food ingredient.

CHEESE

Derived from fresh milk, available in mozzarella and cheddar variants.

MOZZARELLA

Fresh cheese made from curdling milk and separating the curd from the whey. Pressed, pulled and stretched with saltwater to supply a fresh, delicious mozzarella.

CHEDDAR

Aged cheese, retains authentic flavour, has high fat content, can be used as a table cheese.

MILK FAT

BUTTER

Contains minimum 82% milk fat, solid when chilled and at room temperature and liquid when warmed.

LACTIC BUTTER

Our lactic butter is derived has a very low moisture content, retains a tangy flavour. It is made from whole milk.

ANHYDROUS MILK FAT (AMF)

Consists of more or less pure milk fat. Our AMF is a high-quality pure butter fat derived from fresh cream.
